I believe we are all Artists.

I am a mother of two boys, a 12 year old and a 6 year old.​

​

Somatic Awareness grounds me.

​

Dance heals me.

​

Children teach us play, and boundaries.​​

​

The body holds the wisdom.

​

And when connected to the mind, is powerful. ​

Sometimes it is hard to find the magic, the beauty

​

but through accepting the darkness,

​

I find the light.
